Just to let you know that I find your website to enter Chat puzzles is quite impossible and I shall not buy this magazine in future

Regarding my previous comment it seems even this is impossible. I give up

i have bin trying to get on the puzzle page and cant get on it to register the answer and cant it just brings up some other rubbish i give in

keeps telling me i have the wrong e mail what is going on getting rather cheesed off !

I enjoy doing all the puizzles in Chat each week, but I find it impossible to enter the last 2 weeks (issue 11 and 12, can you please tell me what it is I am doing wrong. how are others entering them.

Well I was going to try and enter some competitions but after reading comments I dont think Ill bother

Like the others I have found it almost impossible to enter the Chat competitions on line. Why is this, it used to be very easy.

its the same every time,trying to submit answers is impossible,waste of time filling them in.

love the puzzles..IT WOULD BE GOOD TO ACTUALLY ENTER THEM.....ONLINE.... NO CHANCE...WHY OH WHY IS IT NOW PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO ENTER THESE COMPETITIONS WHEN IT USED TO BE SO EASY TO DO.I don,t buy this magazine to read all the distressing stories in it, I buy it particularly for the competitions as do many others.SO WHY CAN WE NO LONGER ENTER THESE ONLINE. AT LAST!!! AFTER ALMOST 2 HOURS I HAVE FINALLY SUBMITTED MY COMP....YOU NOW HAVE TO CLICK ON GOOD TO KNOW ( which is a different magazine ) then you can get into chat magazine from there. WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO COMPLICATED????????

How frustrating! After all the comments why isnt this sorted out! Chat is a brilliant mag so i hope you guys sort out your website so we can all enter our comps easier than this pilarver.

well i buy chat every week was going to start entering comps what a waste of time cant believe i spent an hour trying to enter think i will stick with take a break from now on

entering your answers to chat competitions is so hard on line its a waste of time

Trying to send the answers to your competitions is soooooo frustrating, i now just post them,which makes me wonder,do you have some arrangement with the postal service now the price of a stamp has been increased.

I've just signed up for my first online competition. Should have read these comments first, such a waste of time. How can you trust a posted entry?
